Terms of Service - Bloxy Rbx World

1. Acceptance of Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP.

By accessing or using Bloxy Rbx World (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Bloxy Rbx World ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
If you are between 13-17 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent
Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using the App

2.2 Account Restrictions

One account per person/device
You must provide accurate and truthful information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must not share your account credentials

⚠️ Warning: Creating multiple accounts to abuse the reward system will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all rewards.

3. License and Access

3.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

✗ Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
✗ Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
✗ Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
✗ Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
✗ Create derivative works based on the App
✗ Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App

4. Offerwall and Rewards System

4.1 AdBlue Media Integration

The App integrates AdBlue Media offerwall services, which allow you to complete offers (surveys, app installs, sign-ups) in exchange for in-game rewards.

4.2 How Rewards Work

Offer Completion: You must complete offers according to the advertiser's requirements
Tracking: AdBlue Media tracks your offer completion using device identifiers
Crediting: Rewards are credited after verification (may take 24-72 hours)
Virtual Currency: Rewards are in-game currency with NO real-world monetary value

4.3 App Install Offers (Android Only)

Android users may see offers to install third-party applications. By participating:

You consent to AdBlue Media tracking app installations via your Android Advertising ID
You must keep the app installed for the required duration (typically 3-7 days)
You must meet the advertiser's specific requirements (e.g., reach level 10, make a purchase)
Uninstalling before completion may void your reward

iOS Users: App install offers are NOT available on iOS due to Apple App Store policies. iOS users can only access surveys, sweepstakes, and sign-up offers.

4.4 Reward Disclaimers

✗ Rewards are NOT guaranteed and depend on advertiser verification
✗ We are NOT responsible for offers not crediting due to advertiser issues
✗ Rewards have NO cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money
✗ We reserve the right to adjust, remove, or modify rewards at any time
✗ Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and reward forfeiture

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

✗ Fraud: Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or any tools to manipulate offers
✗ Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to abuse the reward system
✗ Chargebacks: Completing offers and then requesting refunds from advertisers
✗ Automation: Using bots, macros, or scripts to automate offer completion
✗ False Information: Providing fake emails, phone numbers, or personal data
✗ Account Sharing: Selling, trading, or sharing your account
✗ Harassment: Harassing other users or our support team
✗ Exploits: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
✗ Spam: Spamming offers or submitting duplicate completions
✗ Reverse Engineering: Attempting to hack, crack, or modify the App

🚨 Violation Consequences:

Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
Forfeiture of all rewards and virtual currency
Reporting to AdBlue Media and advertisers
Legal action for severe violations

6. VPN and Fraud Detection

We implement VPN and fraud detection to protect the integrity of our reward system.

6.1 VPN Policy

VPN Usage is Prohibited: Using VPNs, proxies, or location masking tools is strictly forbidden
Detection: We actively detect VPN usage through network analysis and API verification
Consequences: VPN users will be blocked from accessing offerwalls
No Exceptions: This policy applies to all users without exception

6.2 Why VPNs Are Prohibited

Prevents location fraud and geo-targeted offer abuse
Protects advertisers from fraudulent conversions
Ensures fair distribution of rewards
Complies with AdBlue Media and advertiser policies

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Offerwall Providers

The App uses multiple offerwall providers:

AdBlue Media: Primary offerwall service
AdGem: Alternative offerwall service

By using offerwalls, you also agree to:

Each provider's Terms of Service
Each provider's Privacy Policy
Individual advertiser terms and conditions

Important: We are NOT responsible for offerwall providers' services, offer availability, crediting issues, or advertiser disputes.

7.2 Advertising Networks

The App displays ads from multiple networks:

Unity Ads
AppLovin MAX (ad mediation)
IronSource (ad mediation)

By using the App, you agree that these networks may collect your Advertising ID and show personalized ads. We are NOT responsible for ad content, ad network policies, or third-party advertiser practices.

7.3 Firebase Services

The App uses Firebase (Google) services:

Firestore: Data storage
Cloud Functions: Backend processing
Cloud Messaging: Push notifications
Analytics: Usage tracking

By using the App, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Firebase Terms. We are NOT responsible for Firebase service outages, data loss (backups are recommended), or Google policy changes.

7.2 Third-Party Applications

When you install third-party apps through offers:

You agree to that app's terms of service and privacy policy
We are NOT responsible for the app's content, functionality, or data practices
Any disputes must be resolved directly with the app developer

7.3 External Links

The App may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
Audio, video, and software code
Design, compilation, and "look and feel"
Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

...are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks

Disclaimer: "Bloxy Rbx World" is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Any reference to "Rbx" or similar terms is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any association with Roblox or its trademarks.

8.3 User Content

If you submit content to the App (usernames, profiles, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement of third-party rights
Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App
Freedom from viruses, errors, or other harmful components
Uninterrupted or secure access

9.2 No Guarantee of Rewards

We do NOT guarantee that offers will credit
We do NOT guarantee reward availability or value
We do NOT guarantee that the App will meet your expectations
Offer crediting depends on third-party verification

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (WHICHEVER IS GREATER)
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloxy Rbx World, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your fraudulent activities or prohibited conduct
Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
VPN usage or location manipulation
Multiple account creation
Abusive behavior toward staff or users
Any reason we deem appropriate at our sole discretion

11.2 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, contact dauodkharaz@gmail.com.

11.3 Effects of Termination

All rewards and virtual currency will be forfeited
You will lose access to the App
We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Sections that should survive termination (e.g., indemnification, disclaimers) will remain in effect

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

You will be notified of material changes through:

In-app notification
Email (if provided)
Updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at dauodkharaz@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
You waive your right to a jury trial
You waive your right to participate in class actions

13.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Casablanca, Morocco for any disputes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bloxy Rbx World regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.

17. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God, natural disasters
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Government actions or regulations
Internet or telecommunications failures
AdBlue Media service outages

20. Acknowledgment

BY USING BLOXY RBX WORLD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

✓ You agree to be bound by these Terms
✓ You meet the age requirements (13+ years old)
✓ You will not engage in prohibited activities
✓ You understand rewards have no cash value
✓ You accept all risks associated with using the App
✓ You will not use VPNs or create multiple accounts
